TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to pay the full price of the products and services you have chosen upfront and are in agreement with the terms of services written below.

Payment Methods

Payment will be made via PayPal invoice which will be sent when the commission has been confirmed. Work on the commission WILL NOT START until payment has been received.
All payments will be made using GBP as the primary currency.
*Alternative payment/commission methods can be done through Ko-Fi.

What I will NOT do

I will not include content that involves overtly NSFW themes such as gore, explicit sexual inferences, extreme violence etc., propaganda of any kind, racist/sexist/other offensive imagery and themes.

Usage of my work and rights to the commission

I retain all rights to every piece of work that I produce, the client does not. This means that unless the client explicitly requests otherwise, I am free to use said works to promote myself and post them on other platforms.The client may only use the work I’ve produced for personal use only in the appropriate contexts. Currently, none of my work is available for commercial use. Should the commissioned work be used to promote the client, proper credit must be given to the designer (Robin Quinn).

Revisions

- 3 revisions for drafts (pre-animation or any major work done)
- 2 revisions for animations

Refunds

I have the right to cancel the commission and refund the money at any time. Should I cancel the commission before any work has begun, the client is entitled to a full refund. However, if progress has been made with proof sent for the client’s approval, only a partial refund will be offered. Upon the completion of the commission, there will be absolutely no refund available.

Deadlines/Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for commissions may vary depending on many factors including volume and complexity of work, IRL and health reasons. As such, commissions will be done at my own pace. However, a reasonable deadline suggestion may be discussed depending on the order.
